If they have already ignored one message they are highly unlikely going to respond to another. I understand people need the money but when you sell on vinted those are the terms, and you need to be prepared to wait that long. I really would love to know why they do it though, because they will get prompted to mark it as ok by Vinted..which makes me think they just do it for the sake of it, which is why I would never ask them to do it.It’s not necessarily about giving them the satisfaction it’s about getting the money for an item I sent nearly 2 weeks ago!! Some people rely on Vinted as a bit of extra cash.
Had my first parcel, as a seller, go missing! Both the buyer and I had a message to say the parcel had been delivered but the buyer says she has not received it and she has notified Vinted of this. Now Vinted have suspended the transaction, (it was a Vinted generated label), saying they are looking into it and I would hear more within 2 days. That was 4 days ago. Could anyone tell me what usually happens in cases like this please? It was a fairly high priced item so I am rather concerned!!!
I’ve had parcels go missing as a buyer and seller. What does the tracking say on the courier’s website? Sometimes Vinted’s tracking goes wonky and will automatically say it’s been delivered after a while.Had my first parcel, as a seller, go missing! I’m in the same predicament for the second time in recent weeks. To me if it’s been “delivered” it isn’t the sellers issue! Especially if proof of postage, tracking etc is provided as “evidence”. Why should I “proceed & refund” when ive shipped and it’s been ‘delivered’. Over 48hours now of waiting for their reply. It’s these horrendous delivery companies who will now only get worse over Christmas!Had my first parcel, as a seller, go missing! So, it winds me up when someone sends an offer and they don't pay, but then karma amuses me when someone else comes along and buys one of the items the time washer wanted.....ah bliss
I'd say you could message to explain and ask them not to pick it up from the parcel shop. then it will be returned to you and the transaction will be cancelled and neither of you will be penalisedI need some advice please! Just realised I’ve sent the wrong item to someone, this item is worth more than the one they purchased (£5 and £3)What would be the best way to go about it where I lose the least money? Just let her keep it and send the other item? The item I sent is only worth £2 more but I think whatever I do I’m gonna be out of pocket

Yep! Total cost inc fees and postageThank you, do you know if she would also be refunded for the postage?
Yes, she'd get it all back, postage includedThank you, do you know if she would also be refunded for the postage?
It doesn’t bother me either, but it’s not what I expect. I’m pleasantly surprised when people tick ok and release the money early and leave feedback. But that’s not the norm these days. So think that’s why it doesn’t bother me, because I know most people won’t anyway. If they buy your items and you get the money I don't mind if they don't leave feedback or communicate in any way.
