Louis Tomlinson is still touring, he's quite a big name in some countries apparently. Harry Styles is a global star and was always the stand out member of 1D. Liam is essentially forgettable, poor love. He should have made it work with Cheryl Cole then he would be in the public eye a bit more.

Didn't Ed Sheeran get three of them together recently? It won't be long before there's a 1D reunion minus Zayn and Harry, I think. I wonder if Simon Cowell owns the name of the band?

Wouldn’t surprise me! But from an identity point of view this is what helped him stand out because he was in the press more.

So far as I know Liam was intended to be main one but that was abandoned when the press/viewers attached themselves to Harry and Zayn.

I think he's also said he was expected to be responsible for the others because he was the oldest, which is a bit of a crappy thing to have put on you.

The twins have a complex relationship don't they. I remember being all set to go see them locally here as part of a reunion tour and the morning before the concert receiving an email advising the concert had been cancelled. No explanation was given.

I work with an I’m crazy me woman and she drives me insane. She’s hilarious and zany and incredibly irritating.

Without exception, famous or not, they’re sad characters behind it. They’re massively tedious after a short time and people tolerate them but only ever in small doses.
