I dunno, I think because I always feel nudity for the sake of nudity is just so overdone now and just exists to get attention and viewers. It rarely adds anything to the story.

i think someone somewhere actually did a study on this and the results were there’s actually less nudity/sex in films and tv these days. It might feel like there’s more because there’s a big hoo ha about it on social media when someone gets their tits/arse out. Haven’t seen the Bridgerton stills tbf, but I think a nice, tasteful, respectful sex scene done in context is ok.

Excellent!! Would be nice if this was the start of the end of influencers...but it won't, sadly.
 
Everyone used to watch Londons Burning! I always remember when the governor‘s wife fell down the stairs and died. Nothing to do with a fire😂 but you’d always know what was going to happen. You’d see someone randomly cooking chips and think, chip pan fire incoming. Nowadays it would be e bike blowing up or something

I watched it back in the day but it appears I remember little of it (other than thinking George was hot at the time).
I think I missed some of the later seasons though.

I went to their gig at the O2, in the expensive seats close enough to see them breathing, and I was definitely amongst the youngest there. But being an 80s baby means so many songs were already in my head so singing along was fun.

For my sins I loved John Alford who played Billy 😩 He did a nude shoot in a ladies mag and me and my friend went to the newsagent to have a look- we were probably about 14 at the time. I think he even bought a few songs out too 😆 Unfortunately I think he fell into a bad path and the last I saw he was being done for drugs possession or dealing and looked a bit of a mess 😕
 
Was it Rob Lowe who did a play girl photo shoot about 37 years ago?
I remember me and my best mate standing around in WH Smith’s for ages trying to get up the nerve to buy it. Walking back and forward past it on the top shelf.
Eventually after about an hour she suddenly made a break for it and grabbed it, slammed it down on the cashiers desk, threw the money down and we ran off with it.

The male lead is gormless and she always looks like she's got a bad smell under her nose. They've got no chemistry.

Their height difference is too much as well, they look wrong together. Like the leads in that crappy Kissing Booth film.

Yeah he's a bit of prick. I've met him through work and he loves to be overly friendly so you'll let him off paying for things. He's clearly skint and gets no proper work now.
I thought he was really cute back when he was in London's Burning but he's lost it now.

I feel a bit sorry for him for going to prison for a crime which was basically set-up by a tabloid journalist. I think that would screw anybody up!
