I've thought the same too. When he interviewed Madonna yeeears ago, he said his wife gave him a free pass if Madonna was up for it.

I don't know if he used it.

If you put an income of 800k into the payment calculator with the father having the kids 175 nights a year (looks like they have always had 50/50 shared care) and two new children at home, CSA payments go down to a tiny £78.40 per week per child. Which at the “I have a million pound plus mortgage” is basically nothing. Especially if you’re the sort of celeb who buys £1000 shoes and has multiple cars on finance - that’s not clearing the monthly payment on the pink Range Rover
And I doubt Pete cleared 800k pa for many years after CBB, 800k with tax, insurance, healthcare and agents fees and cost of keeping up a public lifestyle is more like a £2m income the past decade, even people on top shows aren’t usually earning at that level
There are LOTS of UK celebs who have kids already, divorce then within two years have two kids with the new partner. It’s a tactic some high level accountants actually suggest - the other being to reduce income and make the partner work because CSA can’t take from their income - Petes wife works a lot more than him on tv these days doesn’t she!

Does CSA payments not go on income of the Father then? Or have I misunderstood?!

It seems like Peter has Princess and Junior full time and Keiron has the other two while Katie has Harvey.

I swing between getting annoyed with her and feeling really sorry for her. She's another one that I want to bring home, give her a decent bath and a decent meal 😁

Her issues started the day Dwight Yorke was made bankrupt, she had over a million a year in CSA from him at his peak. Feel sorry for the bloke, she was sleeping with numerous other men while pregnant (including Gareth Gates!) and it took him until Harvey was six to have a confirmed DNA test, by which point it seems Price was legally able to say that she didn’t want her son to see his father as he had no relationship with him and it would harm his specific needs to be away from her. Ironic seeing how many dads and caters the boy has had since... Shortly after Yorke was made bankrupt Peter Andre had his second child with his wife which made him legally able to avoid CSA payments and say “if you can’t afford our kids they can always come live with us” which seems to have happened for the majority of the time and is clearly for the best. Not that Andre is much better, he released a story that he was on £50k a gig on the day Price was in court for her finances, which seemed unlikely given that the night before he had performed at a small holiday camp crowd of 200 who had paid £5 a ticket to see him (unless they took £49k at the bar that night!)

She has very little money of her own, the glossies have low sales figures now and rarely pay for any articles, and even in the days when she was selling calendars, books and tat galore the licensing deals tended to be things like for each £10 calendar sold she got 10p. Terrible advisors for many years and nothing put away in the years she was earning. Pre driving ban her main source of income was nightclub appearances for which she charged £100 to the club (very few nightclubs pay over £250 for any celeb appearance these days, drinks promos get more punters in than a C List celeb) and charging clubbers £5 for selfies. God knows how she earns any money now, her tv bits are on channels that make next to nothing from adverts and ITV pay a fixed fee of £500 for daytime appearances, take it or leave it.

Amanda Holden and Louise Redknapp were both advised that “reputation is everything” and got Les/Jamie to agree to never give full interviews detailing their wives behaviour in return for getting very little in the divorce. Both seem to bitterly regret it when the promised careers never materialised. The advisor was apparently Simon Cowell so expect Louise on one of his shows soon, earning 50k a year but telling the media she’s on £2m from him 😂 Louise twisted the narrative to a point where the tabloids offered up to £50k for a photo of Jamie even holding hands with another woman, or potentially 100k for a kiss and tell (incredibly rare these days, all newspapers are losing money each year) but incredibly nobody ever got any tea on him. Almost as if she had managed to convince people he had cheated when it was her all these years...

So, how do celebs like KP and PA have such lovely homes, cars, clothes if the outgoings are so high? Is everything mortgaged to the hilt???

Agree I always wondered how they could live that type of lifestyle when they barely do anything. ITV2 and the trashy mags cant be paying that much! I thought some of it may be renting properties and stuff for photoshoots just to keep up appearances. I suppose part of a trashy mag deal would be a months rent on a gaudy mansion.

It’s a gameable system, like many UK tax systems totally inadequate for purpose. It taxes the poor hardest, so you get situations like the father of Becky Vardys eldest child, who earns around 30k, was told “you’re not the kids dad any more Jamie is” (this was all in the press), didn’t have the funds to go up endlessly against the vardys in family court, so now pays 8k a year to see his child once a month, leaving him struggling to build any future life.

Aren’t we all? The killer one for me is Kylie Jenner being “a billionaire”. There has never in history been a billionaire who made their money from products that they didn’t manufacture themselves. She has no factories, no research labs, no marketing division... it all seems so smoke and mirrors these days. One of our old office juniors was a singer who had the Twitter blue tick, drove a 50k Merc, and was on £14k a year. His Instagram was amazing, but the reality was his highest point of fame was a turn on Harry Hills stars in their eyes!

I’d certainly say from everything I’ve seen that no reality stars in the UK are wealthy. Even the ones like Chanelle who made decent money back in the days when lads mags would pay £3k for a one day photo shoot are only living in normal three bed houses. Scarlett Moffat claimed to have been paid 250k for her controversial fitness dvd, very few top selling DVDs these days shift over 10k units at a tenner each (who even buys DVDs?) so why on earth would any production company front 250k for a dvd that at best could only make 100k at retail? It’s not like they were expecting the American market to go crazy for it on import 😂

She’s pissed off a lot of people. She never worked again in the West End after My Fair Lady because she was off sick for most of the time she was in it. That was a huge part that others actresses would kill for and the general opinion was that she was just taking the piss because it was such hard work.

I am so disappointed because I really like MM, not that I know her but when she was in Eastenders then everyone used to say my mum was the spitting image of her and I don’t know if this is why I like her 😂😂😂 it must be hard to be from a council estate and then ‘make it’ but you wouldn’t think that you would have a personality transplant! She could’ve been massive btw. Her bankruptcy isn’t affecting her house money anyway coz 5 days ago she was posting videos with her little boy and her house looks nice.

All we were told is that she was suspended for unprofessional behaviour. Not the first time it’s it’s happened either. She’s got huge form for it. Turning up late, turning up drunk, falling out with cast mates etc.
