I met Kim Coates and Tommy Flanagan of SOA at a convention - lovely lovely guys. Kim was telling me and my pal that him and his wife were doing a tour of a Scotland whilst they were here and we gave them a few tips and recommended a few places to visit. Mark Boone Jr was also at the event, did a panel chat but seemed very very bitter and didn’t really interact with Kim or Tommy. I also met and got my photo with Jean-Claude Van Damme which was amazing. He is only 5’8 or so (from his movies you’d expect him to be taller) but again lovely and smelt delicious!

My brother was in the Navy and his mate was Tim Laurence’s writer (bit like a secretary). From what I heard at the time (early 90s) the above is completely right. Also TL detested Andrew.

There was a story about Andy introducing himself to a senior office and saying “I’m <insert all the titles> Prince Andrew but you can call me Andrew” and the reply was “good, you can call me Sir”.

While in the navy whenever Andrew got someone to fetch a hot drink for him, it was always interferes with in the most disgusting ways.

They sound like a bunch of boring wankers. My pal works at Disney (Mandalorian) and says that the myth of Hollywood excess - 95% of the people are boring af with a feather up their ass. Have more than a couple of beers and they spring an intervention.
 
I also met Pink a couple of years ago.
She is so ace.
I was in radio 1 having a look round with my teenage daughter.
The boss of radio 1 gets on really well with my husband. My husband was working at the bbc at that point.

We were given an amazing tour of the live lounge and saw Clara Amfo doing her show. She gave us the biggest smile and wave through the studio glass.
Scott miles was doing a pre recorded segment with Pink.
I wasn’t expecting to see any famous people.
She came past us and said hello whilst she was with her entourage and waved and gave my daughter the loveliest smile.
It made our day.
She had no reason or need to do that. I think I fell in love a little that day.

I’ve heard people say that she may have had Borderline Personality Disorder, which would explain a lot of her behaviour. Attention seeking, fear of abandonment, unstable moods etc.

I think alot of her mental health issues have been well documented. She threw herself down the stairs at one point to get Charles' attention. I dont think anybody in the best of health mentally would do that.
 
I worked at a restaurant in Chelsea and met quite a few ‘celebs’....
- Harry Styles: was super lovely and very low key
- Pixie Lott: behaved like she was on drugs and only ate one prawn
- James Cordon: Absolute pervert, grabbed the waitresses, got very drunk, had terrible breath and smoked like a chimney
- Henry Cavill: extremely friendly, very down to earth and was such a gentleman
- Frank and Christine Lampard: great family, they seemed very much in love and their kids are super polite, I once tripped over her handbag and she couldn’t stop apologising ... huge tippers too!
- Chloe Mortez: really sad behind the eyes and the lady she was with had the most frightful plastic surgery I’ve ever seen
- Dave Berry: very loud and quite obnoxious
- The Beckhams: very friendly and seemed to really enjoy each other’s company
- Katherine Jenkins: had such a weird face, as though it was made of plastercine! She did turn up on a ball gown though, which was quite amusing!
- Martine Mccucheon: the rudest woman I’ve ever met!
... so many more!

I remember reading somewhere that Princess Beatrice uses cocaine (recreationally). Pippa Middleton does as well apparently.

I also saw a blind about Meghan Markle wanting to go back to the USA before the wedding, for one last coke and booze session.

On a different note, I remember a blind about Ariel Winter having sex with Adam Levine in a limo before a premiere (and he ignored her for the rest of the night). I read it a few years ago but haven't been able to find it again since.
 
Does anyone else go on the AGC blind items website?

It was always a decent source of gosip and was fairly prescient (Weinstein, Epstein, PA, Dan Schneider and the death of Prince were all on the money, way before the stories came out in the MSM)

Seems to be completely static in the last few weeks, with nothing new being posted......

No it's not, they've just changed the formatting, it caught me out for about a week - I used to go straight to the bottom of the page and then read upwards until I got back to where I'd finished last time. Now they're putting fresh items at the top, so if you go straight to the bottom you'll see the same story every time. Last items on there are from 18th May, but they're right at the top of the May page.

This pleases me to hear that about JC, at least I can now justify my previously baseless hatred of him

Less so about DB, I listen to him in the mornings and got the impression he was a solid bloke

I asked in the previous thread and it's a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know where former XFM DJ Jo Good disappeared to?
