Hi, in the official clinical studies, most weight loss happened for people in what’s considered the therapeutic doses, so 7.5mg and up. And the study followed people for 72 weeks, so it was seen as a long process to go through. For me the first positive thing was lack of food noise and feeling fuller, rather than a lack of hunger. And that’s still the case. Some lucky people do feel the impacts of the smaller doses, but you are absolutely not in the minority in your situation, it just might take a bit longer.
