I know two males with haemophilia and while it's something that you have to be careful with through their life, it's not that hugely life altering and doesn't seem to warrant the reaction Sarah had to finding out and definitely would not trigger a doctor to tell her to abort. It's doesn't really affect your quality of life to that extent.Also I was chatting to a midwife friend and she guessed maybe baby has Haemophilia which is present mostly in males and they had to watch his bleeding after cutting cord. Something not obvious to the eye like Sarah said but will mean he has to live more carefully
