Also I was chatting to a midwife friend and she guessed maybe baby has Haemophilia which is present mostly in males and they had to watch his bleeding after cutting cord. Something not obvious to the eye like Sarah said but will mean he has to live more carefully

It’s super common in birth announcements to be fair.
