Yes but only if they owned the business TM could either dispute it to ICANN, however the TM is registered to queenthelabel in Aus so both domains are infringing technically but we love @huckleberry76 for swiping it before burps could

My sister said she commented on Caroline's post just saying it was very expensive and Caroline blocked her I wouldn't mind but she's a big fan of Caroline She's doing herself more harm than good trying to get sales for Sarah!

Only if the Aus brand had it trademarked in Ireland but they didn’t (and Burps won’t fork over the money for a TM I’d say)
