The state of the collar on it and it only fresh out of the bag It doesn't even hold up to delivery yet Sarah is preaching it can be washed dried and ironed over and over. You can tell just by looking at it that the quality is awful, it would be lucky to make it through a wash. And why when she's banging on about how well it washes and dries is she not being transparent and saying it has to be handwashed and can only be dried by being hung in the shade
