You can tell she’s hurting cause of the way she’s carrying on. I’m not saying she shouldn’t be out having fun but it is very telling. I think she must be on some strong dosage of Ozempic because her diet will not be the healthiest right now yet she doesn’t seem to be getting any weight gain or bloat from all the alcohol she knocks back
 
I have been going through break up at the same time she did. Difference is, i really sat with myself and all the feelings, no matter how uncomfortable it felt. I didn't feel like going out all the time, i still did, but i lived through my emotions and now, i am going out more, i am more open.. she just ran away. again and again. It will catch up to her.
 
Her under eyes always look so red and raw

To be fair to her though. There’s no right or wrong way to deal with a breakup every one is different and deals with things differently. I broke up with my ex of 4 years and I chose to also (like Sarah) go out lots and go on girls holidays and it actually did me the world of good I really enjoyed my summer. I wouldn’t have coped well “sitting with my feelings” personally. She might be the same

looks like she's down again, that she's home though... however, fair point, everyone is different.
i had time to enjoy all those things and my summer too, and when i came back, i was happy to be back home:)
 
Do we think she’s had lipo over the years?
I feel like some snaps of her stomach it looks so tight that it almost doesn’t look… natural?
She’s always been slim, and I definitely feel since living with her ex she upped her exercise/diet game - but I dunno. I know she’s lost loads since being single but even before that, I felt like she’s had something done…

She had lipo years back but she didn’t make it public knowledge 🤫
