I agree, believe the healthy eating and exercise is down to serious appetite suppression from weight loss injections. She’s been running for ages - she says she did GNR last year. Absolute nonsense that it’s anything else and would respect her a lot more if she told the truth.

I see other people with big following do the same. If I had the lifestyle that some have there’s no way I’d be that thin. Vicky Pattison is one example and has just been in hospital (documented in every detail) but it’s likely down to her lifestyle so I’ve no sympathy. I read Sara’s book and she mentioned about struggling to conceive and admitted she was overweight so it looks like her adult life has been like this but all of a sudden she’s thin and spouting eating healthy. I think I’m going to have to unfollow. I’d have a lot of time for her if she turns out to have followed a healthy route and shares it

Not if she's not getting paid to advertise it no
