Yeah. She’s the type to shout about what she’s doing. She doesn’t seem to have done much, if any, running since Strictly and only mentioned once in her stories about having a healthy lunch. The weight loss seems quite quick too.

When she was on strictly she lost nowhere near as much weight as she has now and you’re right, she’d be bragging away if it was through exercise (nothing wrong with the injections, just doesn’t fit her aesthetic to admit she needs help).
