Ya apparently they both did but it’s not a criminal issue..you have to take a civil case. Something is only defamatory if it’s untrue…and unfortunately for them 99% of what’s on here about them is true…Sandy should be annoyed with colm for telling people in the first place…

Apparently Fianna Fáil are not impressed with him and he’s been dropping the ball at work…Hence the stress drinking etc

I don’t doubt loves young dream aka Colm and Sandy want this thread closed but they literally have zero chance. Seeing as reporting Tattle to the Guards didn’t work, next step is for Sandy to attempt to “frighten “ us, with ramblings on her stories.

It’s hilarious that she obviously thought she could frighten people off posting here when she didn’t get the red carpet treatment from the guards… all she has achieved is that more people will now read here about everything she has done….

if you were just a regular follower of hers you would think she was with colm years and he was free and single when they met by the way she goes on…when that couldn’t have been further from the truth… maybe she didn’t know about the escorts and ‘substances’ and she’s trying to deal with the fall out from that…
That’s what happens Sandy when you have a miracle baby with a man you knew a wet week 🤷‍♀️

I don't comment on this thread very often if at all but felt like it after watching those stories that she chooses to post to thousands of viewers. It is, in my view an attempt to silence public opinion by using scare tactics and inflammatory language like convictions etc. Her explanation and how the law works in reality outside of the confines of the UCC text books are two different things. Receiving private messages is different so of course I have no idea if she has but there is a concept such as public interest and it comes into play when you voluntarily post about your life on a public forum and hold yourself out as being a 'public figure' as she states in her social media page. I wonder does Kim Kardashian, Ronaldo or other public figures go after every less than favourable tweet and slur written about them online. No is the answer. Anyway I won't go on as it's quite late but her spiel is very transparent.......it all reeks of someone very put out by the narrative.
