God love her she’s not happy about this thread…unfortunately for you Sandy it’s not defamation when everything is true…you would have a hard time proving it’s not true I’d say when colm has told half of cork what ye got up to behind closed doors…
I should hopefully have screenshots from his WhatsApp group soon so let’s see what she thinks of that 😎

In the most convoluted way, she is on about online hate and of someone is the subject of online hate on foreign websites their ip can be tracked and they can be arrested 🙄🙄🙄🙄 except she’s giving examples with school kids and it’s all very confusing. Big smarmy, snotty head on her while she is pontificating from mammys kitchen then 🙄 she needs a root up the ring
 
She’s obviously worried about the bullying allegations aswell…another thing easily proven if needed. Sandy if you are reading this, why not take a break from Instagram? I’m sure your followers will be ok…maybe try to do the right thing and think of your partners children? And the negative attention you are bringing to innocent people…Really strange that your focus is always only on yourself…you’re better than this I’m sure

Surely the guards have better things to be doing. Also, if you choose to live your life in the public eye or on a public platform and put everything out there for the world to see, then people are entitled to have an opinion and comment. That’s not harassment. That’s called having an opinion, which we are all entitled to have. It’s part of the package for everyone from a Hollywood celeb to your local public representative.
When she starts talking re hosting companies and IP address (this lie that influencers spread explained here) etc thats where her argument falls apart…

Seriously anyone who sends pics and videos of herself in bed showing off her new pyjamas and hair in rollers can only be asking for trouble. Even when she was in hospital in London she put photos up on social media....and this is the person who claims "her private life is important to her and is always kept private". yeah right.......
 
She should be more concerned about the criminal things her baby daddy gets up to …is sleeping with hookers illegal? Is taking the white stuff illegal? Or the ‘devils dandruff’ as colm called it on the old WhatsApp group…where he was outed years ago…

She’s going down a really slippery slope…I’d say there is loads more about them yet to come out

I don’t know…she seems well able to dish it out going by the way she treated people in dunnes and the rising tide…she also had Colms sister in law on here saying horrible things about his ex and as @Park1 was saying, it had to be taken down… I doubt anybody is messaging her directly? Maybe people sending her screenshots of stuff from here asking if it’s true maybe…

@Bedtime Reading colm went to the guards weeks ago apparently and they told him there’s nothing they can do…it’s a civil matter and that’s only if what is said is untrue so 🤷‍♀️
 
Just shows you how these politicians work. If the guards are wasting their time looking into anything on here because sandy and colm are crying that people are outing their bad behaviour it is disgusting and a serious abuse of power.
Ive unfollowed her a couple of weeks ago i couldnt cope with the hola and the talking through her nose faking intelligence. Street smarts is what she needs as shes going to be left with egg on her face id say
 
Imagine dragging it through the courts and all the messages from here plastered all over the papers.... they would have more to worry about then 🤣🤣

Did Colm really go to the guards?
 
Sounds very much like she wants to have her cake and eat it. Unfortunately, that’s not how life works.

Having an opinion does not constitute harassment.

The gardai can only request access to data in a criminal case and even then they have to apply to the courts to access the data under a search warrant. Additionally telecoms companies are only required to retain data for 1 year.
So to summarize, her ramblings don’t make sense.
