I can see how my post appears cruel, but to me, her hands appear totally normal for a woman her age, her face...not so much.
Whilst everyone will have hands which appear slightly older than the skin on their face (due to wear and tear, less fat on the backs of hands etc), that is a quite a striking difference, which we all know is down to tweakments and messing about with her face. That's my point, rather than that there is anything wrong with her hands.

I saw SH at an event this summer. Close up she didn't look particularly youthful. She just looked like a petite and shiny 49 year old woman. She had some melasma on one cheek and was in her Chanel finery.
 
I have it on now. I love how the oaf says that not many people know Sali’s story about how she got into the industry (proceeds to ask Sali when she left home and Sali tells the story about how she became a makeup artist)

Is she serious? This story has been told millions of times now
 
Oh burn! The oaf made a comment to SH about how she lacks education (“we’re secondary school kids”). She was saying how it’s astounding and impressive that SH writes so well as she is not a classically trained nose and “it’s not like you have the educational aspect because you know we’re secondary school kids”
 
I had to switch it off. It’s just so dreary. They clearly hate each other and it’s all things we’ve heard a million times before

Interestingly though when Sali was telling the story about meeting Lynne Easton in a bar in Soho and being asked to be Lynne’s assistant she omitted something that she usually tells from the story: in the many other times I heard that story Sali mentioned how Lynne asked her to be her assistant “because my current assistant is really annoying me and getting on my nerves”

In this version Sali just said that Lynne was not going to be working with her assistant for much longer. I wonder why she omitted that part. Is it a bit too close to the Lauren Luke story that she once told but has now changed a bit? Maybe Sali no longer wants to give the impression that she swooped in to do a better job than the previous person

At a guess, the appearance was booked before Sali committed the cleanser embargo sabotage, and Hirons (already scraping for guests) couldn't rebook anyone else at short notice. So the show goes on through pursed lips and sly digs...

You know…just jobs that LOTS of people do every day especially when you’re starting out, at University or raising kids. How is that madness?
