I dragged myself out yesterday and hated every minute, I’ve got a trail race tomorrow that I keep thinking I could just miss because it was only £8 so not a huge loss because I can’t be bothered
They just appeared as recommended for me as I don’t follow influencers anymore. But it was 25km plus, and I was like… what?!Curious, who is doing long runs already for London?! I feel a burn out or two coming…

Ugh she got too much for me a couple of years ago and removed her, find her a bit too nicey nice and over the top using other peoples content to get her following up and comments. Maybe if she doesn't like some things on Instagram then either don't use it or remove those posting their training...I like Ruth Runs but this whole "saving your training runs to insta stories so you have something to look back on" thing that everyone is jumping on..... Isn't that exactly what Strava is for?! Already sick of spring marathon training posts and I haven't even started mine
Kirsty is an arrogant bitch! My husband met her in 2018, well he tried to say hello and make conversation and she just looked him up and down and ignored him. I've heard a few say she's rude AF and as you say, one of the biggest begs with just one regular crouch over for a selfie pose on her feed. Boring little mutantI find her super annoying but agree, keep the running activities for Strava. I don’t get why she always does London marathon year after year, how about let someone else have the opportunity same with Kirsty runs..she will be unbearable with her Boston training as she’s now going to share each training activity to her stories!
I’m probably doing London and my longest runs since london in October was 13 miles. Normally build from Jan. too full of food and booze to do much at the moment!!Curious, who is doing long runs already for London?! I feel a burn out or two coming…
I can’t tell if these are poorly declared ads, or she is spending her own money trying to pivot into an activewear account? She did mentioning returning something she didn’t like, so I really can’t tell! Either way, it’s a snooze festIs runner beans really getting traction with all of these clothing posts? Has she posted something that isn’t an ad lately?
Reminded my OH yesterday that Brighton is 90 or so days away. He didn't like that.Shit. I’m doing Brighton which is - checks - 3 weeks before London and I’m barely beyond the Christmas fallout leading to asking myself “what distance can I tolerate to run based on yesterday/todays alcohol + chocolate consumption”.
Answer- not double digit runs even in kms

I think the latter. It’s obvious (and she’s admitted) she doesn’t really enjoy running anymore & she can’t travel non-stop to run 5km races so she’s trying to pivot into a “relatable” active mum account.
He is unable to use it. He lives in an old Victorian/ Edwardian house converted into two flats. floor boards are timber. The downstairs neighbour would be able to hear everything. I live in something very similar and I can hear my upstairs neighbour walking around all the time. (He shouldn't put his actual address on companies House )
Is this some sort of lingerie party ?Anya is looking more and more unhealthy, you just know she will be going into some intense elite marathon training plan and be even more restrictive and obsessive, if she had lost her periods previously they are highly unlikely to return if she continues the way she has been, you'd think if she wants to continue at her current level she'd be seeking best professional support, she's hardly short of funds and doesn't have to wait months for NHS referral.

So today Sarah has done strength training, yoga, an hour on the cross trainer and an hour of easy running saying all her non running weekly goals done by Friday as she’ll “find a way” you have an exercise addiction/eating disorder, that’s how you “find a way” that’s a completely excessive amount of activity. Also pointing out her HR getting to 170 when it’s supposed to be easy on the cross trainer, yes, because your body needs to rest.
