If you’re not joking and you’re a woman then I would avoid it! He’s a disgusting little pervert and I genuinely am baffled by the amount of young girls who meet him as it’s very well known about him being a sex pest! He’s been kicked off so many brand running teams because of this and has been in so many dms, mine included a while back.

Keeps popping up as a suggested IG account.
Actual content when you click on her squares seems sensible - a training plan, proper progression etc.
Seems to be this “Walters Coaching” … who is followed by two actual sensible local runners I know, so perhaps Walters Coaching is a good coach? But it’s still £55 a month. Baffling. These are not elite runners so who needs to throw £660 a year minimum at someone online?

I feel like I might like her content but almost every post is the same close up selfie.
 
I alternate between liking her and the posts she writes, and the fact she has a “normal” life (works as GP, training is part of, not all, life, sees friends and partner etc) and being more neutral. I can’t explain why which troubles me! I wouldn’t put her and Ed together though!

Walters is an Internet "qualified" nutritionist, no run coaching qualifications afaik, been running maybe 5 years. Lovely bloke but no.

I'll defend paying money to an online coach where there are reasons, like for me recovering from a severe injury and needing literally daily help to do so. But only when they are a well qualified professional. Pretty sure it was one of these chancers (Kempson) that got me injured in the first place.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but who is the online coach you're with and do you recommend them? I'm just desperate for some guidance in my own recovery from a serious injury (I'll likely be out for six months to a year) because I'm so lost, depressed and anxious without running. I've never had anything like this before and I feel like I'm flailing around like an idiot and getting everything wrong. There are so many frauds and moronic so-called coaches out there, so I'm too scared to reach out and commit to anyone. Thanks.

I don't have any advice, but just wanted to say I hope you find someone decent. It's such a minefield with all the insta wankers!
