What the hell is the mollsfitness clown bashing on about. One day whinging her running is hard and she’s really struggling and how she’s really not recovered from the ultra (that she didn’t train for), to now talking about consistency and building herself back up on some ‘project rebuild’ bullshit like it’s something huge for all her fans to follow!

What it sounds like she needs is project rest and project stop being a tit

she did something she didn’t train for in an attempt to try and fit in with the ‘ultra cool kids’ and mainly increase her following, has injured herself because of the lack of training and not actually acknowledged or held her hands up and been like ‘I f**ked up.’ Reminds me of another Tit 😜

Instead she’s acting like this is a normal process. How many people have we seen do 50k after 50k recently, even 100ks and bounced back. If she wanted to actually get in with the ultra runners I’ve seen her fangirling, she probably shouldn’t have run an ultra on no training and showed off about it. It wasn’t cleaver or cool.
 
Aww your engagement down hun?! Funny you’re irritated by people using the same songs in reels, yet you constantly don’t declare ads and post all sorts of shit (including lack of sensitive subjects but just as long as you’re good yeah) 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sarah Hunter looks crazily unhealthy its quite uncomfortable how gaunt she looks

Yikes, she looks very unwell! I don’t think the lack of eyebrows helps, her face looks drawn and gaunt as does he rest of her (she would probably revel in reading that). She definitely is unwell and it is such a shame seeing how far you can push your body and punish yourself to such extremes without something going drastically wrong because on paper she has good results but the long term physical and mental effects will be awful. She needs help before it is too late 😬

Honestly it is really sad, but she's been getting away with it for years and years now. She just seems to have a body that will put up with crazy amounts of punishment with no consequences. I can't remember the last time she had a rest day, but sadly that seems quite common now with sub-elites (sorry if she isn't classed as one. I'm pretty clueless when people get to speeds so far beyond anything I can do it's difficult for me to imagine).

I mean, from a self-indulgent perspective I've been trying to work out where I went wrong in my own training with a string of steadily more severe injuries, and we're always told that elites take a decent amount of rest after a marathon, run most of their miles easy and such, but so many of the people just a bit slower than them that I follow just never seem to rest at all and they're all varying degrees of unhealthily lean, so you'd think they'd be magnets for stress fractures (or even full ones). But no, they carry on, some for literal years running a long run every week with no break, and also running every day with 120ish weekly mileage. It's insane.

I have to wonder whether part of being a successful runner really is just luck and genetics not just with natural speed but also a degree of resilience that is just off the planet. Can't help but be a bit resentful and jealous of people who can just defy the laws of biology :confused:

Can’t be bothered! 🤣 I find her YouTube videos full as dishwater; she’s not really very engaging and half the time we’re just watching her read stuff off her phone. Caught the updates on insta though, she came in just over 12 hours and as 12th lady

Don't know about the race video because I can't be bothered either, but it's obvious she's struggling with the recovery afterwards. She can't take not being able to exercise the amount and intensity she usually does. Her achilles still isn't right but she posted something like she'll be running 20km next week no matter what. Sounds like a recipe for injury to me, but I guess that's what happens when fitness is your whole identity.

I think if you are so obsessed you just crack on through injury that’s not loving your hobby that is a compulsive and disordered behaviour

She’s so bad at them it looks like a sketch show about someone who’s shit at reels and doesn’t get it!

Thank you! Yikes, that's so bizarre. I just wondered if she'd crashed and burned in the race, as folks on here had commented in the run up that she didn't seem particularly prepared. Sounds like something longer term brewing then, ouch!

She posted a 30min "easy" run today so I checked her Strava, 26 minutes were tempo/threshold pace. No wonder she isn't recovering from her ultra 🙄 lose the vanity!

She posted a story telling all 3 of her fans about her Monday… cheers love, but we all have busy lives involving work and running and other working out. No one gives a shit about your day.

She’s also back to lifting heavy already. I get the need to exercise but what she’s doing doesn’t seem like it’s helping her recovery

I’ve just been and looked! Can’t work out why she’s still exhausted but won’t take a proper break and continues with double/treble days on a Monday 🤦🏽‍♀️
