Anyone else find Anna archer fitness so incredibly irritating? Doesn’t actually know anything but has got places because she is pretty and thin, lol
Very annoying, she grew a lot popularity in lockdown promoting ED behaviours, clearly from a wealthy privileged upbringing. She used to have a thread on here but gets very little attention these days.

Anyone who has seen little.runner.mel's inst page will know it's as boring AF with lots of old photos reposted multiple times. Someone's definitely been splashing the cash on likes and followers!

Watching the "Jog on" vlog with Anya Culling. She's coached by James Thie now, she talks about the type of coach she wanted (one who would let her be flexible to allow social running). She also talks about Nick and last year's London, she doesn't sound negative about him, but nor does she mention why she's no longer with him. I am undecided how I feel about Anya but she comes across ok in this interview.

Has anyone seen that Ally Head girl is the face of the New Balance London marathon campaign? You know the campaign that usually always picks someone random and a nobody from the community, yet here we are picking a decent runner who is above average, in the media as a journalist and always working with these people and going to their gigs for her job. This campaign and choice is pretty pathetic, bring back the days when they chose randoms just trying rather than those fed everything on a plate for free

Ben Parkes with his first pain free run in I don't know how long. Obviously ran under 4:30min/km, but for 14km....And looking at his "jogs" to chiro, absolutely ridiculous. I foresee another year of DNS for him
Literally just seen his YouTube video on tips to make running easier and he says the importance of rest and running easy, yet he never runs easy and the only rest he has is whilst out injured. Which tbf is quite a lot I guess

what is his injury? I feel some people fake injuries when they are not going to have the time they "think thy should run"
I think he had/has hamstring tendinopathy. He said in a recent video that he thinks running in the Alphafly 3 caused it. Nothing to do with overtraining and under recovering.

Also....Kate Carter news klaxon! She's been cleared of cheating at London Marathon and Landmarks Half.

Whatever makes her feel better about herself....

Hang on, this doesn't address the following:
1) the hidden bib,
2) using someone else's watch data,
3) claiming her watch died,
4) somehow not realising she was nine+ minutes faster than she should be, despite being a very experienced marathon runner

Also, this kind of looks very much like she intended people to believe that the GPS file was real, from the Marathon. "Mad GPS!" - that wasn't put up there just to record miles. You can do that with a manual entry. I do it all the time for treadmill runs.
