Yeah I remember ages ago she was on the last leg and she just kept slagging off vegans. That was her joke, that vegans are idiots. I'm not a vegan, but come on, being one is hardly shocking or newsworthy anymore.

Its a bit old hat these days, I know a lot of people who went vegan in 2017/18 and went back to veggie or eating meat a few years later.

She was one of the acts at the Teenage Cancer Trust gig in the Albert Hall earlier this year. The audience could not wait to laugh at her jokes, no wonder she’s got no idea she‘s not funny. It was most bemusing.

Same here. I felt like the only one I could be honest with about not finding her funny etc, was my partner (who feels the same way). It does indeed sound patronising towards her when people on panel shows laugh hysterically at her jokes, because it just seems like "Oh we'd better laugh because she's disabled". Thank you everyone on this thread because I thought my partner and I were, well, kind of.... c**ts for feeling the way we did. Inclusion is important but real inclusion, not token inclusion.

Absolutely. If you don't like someone, just ignore or avoid them. They really don't need you messaging them, or tagging them in a post, to tell them what you think of them. That's just nasty.

I wonder if she ever asks herself though. I mean, I'm autistic, and sometimes, if I'm aware that someone knows I am, I'll wonder "were they just nice, or did they do whatever for me, because they know I'm autistic and they just feel sorry for me?". And my disability would not be as obvious.

Aargh I'm torn. I don't find her at all funny but she seems likeable enough.
I imagine life has been fairly tit for her at times. People can be horrible.
I don't know why she chose a career as a comedian as she does not have *it* and that is nothing to do with her disability. I know it seems she has had everything handed to her on a plate these days but I cannot imagine the bollocks she has to deal with regularly.

Joe Lycett was doing a few warm up gigs testing material for his late night show and had different comedians with him each week, she was on the week before i went. Which i’m so glad about because i’d have either had to sit there stoney faced or leave until she was done. She has no talent whatsoever.

Yep, same here! Normally love watching it, but Rosie is just an instant turn-off for me. Profoundly unfunny and unwatchable.

My people! I honestly find her to be incredibly unfunny and uncharismatic. I have tried to watch programmes that she has been on but I always have to mute/turn over because it’s awful.
About 2 years ago my MIL took me to the Blackpool Tower to watch people dancing. We got there, having a nice time watching everyone and then who turned up filming a programme… RJ!!! We left shortly after.
