I mean did she no try this before and it was Chicken, Lorna, Suzie that helped her. Where are they now? People can't stick around because she doesn't trust them. In regards to pals I don't think any of them are amazing. They all enable her and would jump at the chance to get a drink with her when they know she's struggling.

You're not a cold hearted witch. I completely agree with everything you've said. I've done it drunkenly... I've done it for attention (when I was much younger) and I've done it for many other reasons and I can see those cuts and the way she's parading them is for sheer attention nothing more. It's sickening xxx
 
Can guarantee that if Louise was to phone her and say she’s coming through to be with her in the morning Rosie would suddenly not be a suicidal Alcoholic drug user who’s getting clean and seeking help she would be floating about the hot tub happy as Larry with Louise getting Mwi by tomorrow night living her best life 🧐😳

I might be late in this but I'm just catching up, alcohol leaves your bloodstream relatively quick, depending on how much and when you last had alcohol, depending on when she got tested. Diazepam has a long half life and it can be detected days after the last one taken. Cocaine would leave your system before diazepam would but again its the amount you've taken. I used to work for an employer who randomly drug tested us and the clinicians doing the testing would tell us this stuff, probably hoping people would own up prior to testing.
