I always think he’s so much younger, not because he looks it, I think he looks his age. But just because he’s so messy. His life is chaotic and he just seems so immature. A company isn’t going to hire someone who boasts about day drinking while working, swears throughout his professional portfolio and posts job seeking posts on his insta. He keeps going on about Liquid Death - I bet the brains behind their brand doesn’t present themselves to employers the way Rich does. He doesn’t have a clue about presenting himself professionally.
