Ah but didn't you say we have free speech? Personally couldn't be arsed making loads of Instagram accounts just to tell her the sugary sweets she's promoting conflicts with the toothbrush she's promoting.
Its so wrong with the industry that we can't voice any sort of opinion to these people, that isn't 100% positive, without being blocked!
 
Erica flogging the sweets has to be the least convincing collab. It just doesn't fit in with the her brand in the slightest.
She says so often she only advertises things she truly believes in blah blah blah. So jelly snakes and cola bottles are in keeping with brand Retro.
Just shows if the price is right, Erica will flog it!!

A fab terrace or about 50 Windows in your living room coming into the NY Summer. I know which I'd choose. Laura will make the most of that terrace though, I'd imagine Retro wouldn't know what to do with it!!

LIC is a great area. I stayed there during a visit to NYC years ago as it was much cheaper than Manhattan and has great subway access.
 
Is LIC beside Astoria, I vaguely remember it. Seems to be gentrified now then 😅 Think it was on my subway line. It's got one of the modern art Museums and 5 points around there. I'd honestly hate to live in the UES. What's the appeal apart from central park? Just shows how boring and Karen like Urika is.

LIC is on the 7 line. Super close to the city. 5 pointz as it were with the graffiti etc is gone, replaced with expensive apartment blocks. it has been gentrified in a big way much to the urk of the locals as many born and bred there cannot afford them. i much preferred it when it was a bit more edgy and gritty. funnily enough rental prices in queens dont seem to have dropped as much as Manhattan has, though the pandemic brought a lot more issues to the forefront in Manhattan. Many hotels in what would be classed as fancy neighbourhoods have been leased out to accommodate the homeless , rise in crime etc which contributed to many people moving out. That said Queens is not without its problems as to be expected in a big city. There is no homelessness or rising crime in Erika's world though.
 
So little Miss perfect is happy to grab 20K from Ireland and set herself up in the US but she’s not happy to abide my Irish advertising rules. I contacted ASAI a few months back when she was in Kerry. I had to supply screenshots of her lack of marking her swipe ups with AF. We were back and forth emailing. Anyway… as Expected she’s purposely using the fact she’s based in the US to escape Irish rules, yet she can share swipe ups to Irish sites.

Interesting.... why does she have her company registered in Ireland then??? Is she filing tax in two jurisdictions?

Alot of her earnings are based in Ireland. Anything earned in Ireland will need to be taxed in Ireland so she probably has the company based here and a branch located in the US. Our corporate tax rate is also more advantageous.

That seems crazy, surely while in Ireland, endorsing Irish brands she should have to follow Irish guidelines. Although the ASAI are useless.
