Oh my God that isn't a kitchen!! Its a shelf that u can prep food on. Its a press! It's TINY!!!!!

I cannot stand the way she says "vlog"
Her apartment is not as amazing as she is making it out to be on Instagram. The view is really it's only selling point in my opinion?
She has 1 million pairs of shoes, but honestly a max of 4 different styles. If she took her head out of her stuck up hole for 5 minutes she'd have those narrowed down to 4 - 5 pairs. Keeps going on and on about the space in NY apartments but keeps all those shoes? IT DOESN'T MAKE SINSE URKA!
Her "colourful" bags.... LOL!
At the beginning I thought it was just the wall talking coz she blended in that much with the lovely beigey white all she was sitting at!
I thought she said she was moving into a 2 bed?
Still can't get over the kitchen. A box would be bigger!

NY apartment kitchen spaces are notoriously small. I didnt spot it in video as i was just skimming along. Starting to sound like it was previously an office space with a side kitchen off it for basics like coffees etc. Cant see a partition wall working with the curves plus they would have to remove it when they move again. Moveable room dividers would be better. I had one in NY to pull across my tiny kitchenette. She saw the massive window and boom, took it. I believe its an ensuite rather than 1 bd, 1 bath as per usual or is there a second bathroom i wonder. ...
 
Pic attached with straight hair is from just over a year ago. Second pic wavy hair is today. She definitely had natural lines around mouth when smiling which honestly looked normal and fine but NOW the lines are not there anymore but skin looks slightly lobsided on one side. While she is irritating in so many ways, I feel bad for her she felt she had to change that about herself!

To be honest if she spoke about that I’d say more people would be interested! Similar to how if she spoke about her dodgy way back to New York, people would’ve enjoyed the truth!! But I guess we should just go ask our Solicitors shouldn’t we? 😂😂😂

I know how much you love my contint. I guess you initially were drawn in by my iced coffees, potato pizzas and Ballymaloe relish but you stayed for the shoe wall and Findi shoe contint.

I guess while I’ve engaged you with my latest insta post of my new Upper east side office space ...I mean apartment, I’d like your opinion. You know you are very into fitness, I was trying to branch out into fitness contint with some GAA but I’ve hurt my finger. It’s actually my ring finger. What’s your advice should I just do some other fitness videos or try to go back to GAA?

I hope you keep following and commenting on my posts. I plan on buying a new Findi bag and maybe some Chanel shoes so hope you are excited about that too.

She only very quickly showed it, picture doesn't come up great from the screenshot.
It's a good thing she doesn't like cooking too often 😬 I get that you have to forego certain things to get other things that you want in NY apartments, but christ...a kitchen that narrow and dark would kill me.

For anyone who didn't want to give her the view, there's a separate guest bathroom, aside from the ensuite.

The amount of shoes she has is ridiculous. Isn't she not always going on about the importance of a capsule wardrobe and buying pieces you can restyle numerous ways? She has at least 10 pairs of black/nude heels.

Lastly - the nasolabial fold filler she had done...absolute botch job. Really apparent in the video, the folds have just been moved further up her face, at weird angles. The tugging when she speaks is horrific.
You can tell she's not going to age well, but jesus Urka, you have the money to spend on going to an expert 🥺

Yikes, that is narrow and very dark even by NY standards and not designed for actual home cooking so screams even more to me that it a former office space. A small company could easily use that space with desks, side kitchen for making coffees and snacks and spare room for meeting clients and whatnot, staff bathroom and guest bathroom for clients... perfect set up for a small business say with 5-6 employees. ive seen much smaller office spaces so it would be quite a pleasant place to work but window blinds would be needed, not sure about living there as well . Kaelin gone quiet showing hers. i really want to see it as seemed more liveable... Joey on balcony made me nervous tho! id have to put something along top for safety kinda like cat fencing but for dogs .

I'm looking forward to seeing how Kaelin furnishes her place more tbh - she has more style about her than Urka. More likely to get a pop of colour or some cool pieces I'd say.

Guarantee that this will be how Urka's place will look, but with more gold touches, candles, and fake chanel books 😉

It’s like “step into our waiting room and fill in a form and your dentist will call you shortly” albeit a very swanky dentist office but a dentist reception area is the vibe I’m feeling 😂😂😂
