Of course cervical check eligibility depends on living in Ireland or not.
She doesn't pay taxes here. I live abroad and I do all those visits abroad. She should be doing it in th US or paying for it in a Ireland.
Same. When you live abroad, you don't come home to milk the system when you need to. Erica seems to be very good at that.Dont you guys that live and work over there have insurance that will cover it?? I only ever paid for a smear once when I was travelling and it was 50euro. The rest of the times my insurance from my job covered it.
You do realise there is a backlog in Ireland? Noone has said that, but if 100 people living in the US come home to do it, it could be the difference btw one person realising they have cancer quicker or not. Those days in relation to cancer are vital.I think the fact she is getting smears is a good thing.
I'm the same, I do almost everything where I live now bcos it's effective and convenient!!But hasn't she lived away for years now, it's unlikely she'd get reminders... unless she's always done her check in Ireland. I've lived away from home from about the same age and do all my checks in the country I live in and never get reminders from home. But if there's a free way of doing things, guaranteed she'd take advantage of it. It's shameful...
I think it’s very unfair. I have major cell changes and I needed to have my scope done in the summer and it was cancelled 3 times. Absolutely agree that she appears so entitled and out of touchYou do realise there is a backlog in Ireland? I will repeat.. If you live elsewhere, unless you pay privately, do not come home to milk the system.
They are seaport district right? Its actually much more built up now. quieter than other parts of manhattan but not a deserted as it used to beYeah the part of NYC is they live in is boring as duck I worked in a restaurant there for a bit years ago and remember thinking who the duck would want to live around here. Completely souless area. And NYC has so much soul. They are just terribly dull girls.
Love the new thread title, very to the point hahaha.
I had all my medical files sent to my obgyn when I moved to NYC and my insurance covered every smear and follow up. I never paid a cent. If she is doing these things at home my money is on her not having medical insurance. She can have a smear in Ireland but she should be paying for itDont you guys that live and work over there have insurance that will cover it?? Same I don’t pay anything for mine, insurance covers it. I’ve had 4 different policies now and they all cover one exam a year for free so she must not have insurance? She would get a tax penalty for that..They are seaport district right? Its actually much more built up now. quieter than other parts of manhattan but not a deserted as it used to be
