Oh my gawed. I sow sow manifested this thread into existence.

I know ye all are hearing about manifestation on tic taaak,
But I’ve been doing this for 6 years now, and I’m sow sow good at it I’m going to give yee all some tips,

so if you get a pen and paper out we can do it together.

I’ve manifested myself the stop and exit button at 10 min 22 seconds 🙂

Isn't half her storys swipe up even the journal she was on about was like 20 or 30 euro I think thanks but I'll stick to my 6 euro one I got in tesco

I would say more than half to be honest. Coz when she comes on for "the chats" it's only to leave a swipe up at the end anyway. That's my reaction to everything she tries to sell! 😂
 
Just about the grant, my understanding is that a number of the LEOs were running riot with their competitions for a number of years by practically deciding in advance who won it and there were huge complaints. It wasn't just a Kerry thing, I know of a few people in a number of counties who had issues. An internal investigation was opened into it nationally in 2019 after that article on Erika came out and past participants were asked to submit an anonymous assessment on the competition. The 2020 one was suspended and not going ahead long before the pandemic happened. I don't think it will be running again, which is so annoying for genuine businesses who really benefit from the money. But the LEOs themselves ruined it by giving it to businesses that they were choosing and then not following up on where the money went with the likes of Erika. The local enterprise offices would have say who wins over their local one and there are 3 categories who win, then those three go to a regional competition and then nationals, which they have no control over, that's down to Enterprise Ireland.

Erika was in line to get more money but she didn't get past the regionals. I think the overall winner gets 100K!

I'm not sure if there is a link to Erika with other winners tbh. It was yearly and there were 3 categories per county to win.

I heard this too, that a lot of the winners had connections or ties to the judges, as was said this was an issue across a number of LEOs but Erica was the only one to duck off to America with the money the other businesses invested it into their Irish based business. Erica took it to nyc for investment pieces for her wardrobe.

Yes, it was on the LEO for allowing her to win when she didn’t live in Kerry and for a business she had just established despite winning “Best Established Business” but then also on her for taking the money and not spending it on the business she was supposed to. I would wonder if she got advice from someone in the LEO to set up another business for the purpose of the competition as her business was listed as Retro Flame/ A1 Agency. If she had only entered with A1 it would have been “Best New Business Idea” and the prize was only 10K.

A lot of mistakes were made on the LEO side but a brass neck to do what she did. The competition was billed for local young people with local based businesses, she setup an Irish company with no intention of working to grow it.
