No I would doubt it. If any station broadcast from there it'll be 96fm, they were guests of Aiken that's why they broadcast from Dublin.

When I was WFH I used to listen to PJ and Jim on classic hits, and then on radio nova, absolutely brilliant, but it's red fm all the way in here

Omg Jesus the forced laughter and telling each other their stories are priceless or hilarious and they are anything but. It's embarrassing

I've text in to Dave Mac as he is their boss, and in fairness he replied saying they weren't going for craic and banter they wanted a warmth to the show but he did say it's important to get feedback that they welcome it, so at least they are taking on board any comments sent in. But to be honest I need the banter to get me in good form. If I wanted warmth I'd turn on the heating.



Ray definitely only needed Laura for reactions rather than content so she was harmless enough in that regard. But to expect her to step up as a presenter is asking too much of her. And I know it's radio, but her grooming is appalling, you need to be marketable, she's like a knacker most days.

I think on today fm ray is under huge pressure in that slot, he's up against the 2 Johnnie's who have a massive fan base. So he probably sounds different to when he was doing red breakfast from his spare room.

Also pls be prepped for many notifications here between 7&9 when I'm seething at my desk, apologies in advance.

100% agree with all that. Didn’t realise he was up against the two johnnies forgot that was same timeslot.
I often send my husband the insta reels just on about what she has on her. She had a striped top and a polka dot leggings on one day with socks and crocs….Jesus like

I think as a trio they aren't marketable in any way, they look odd together, their voices don't sound well together they are grating, they are not 3 people you'd put on a billboard or have a huge social media campaign around them cause everything they do is so awkward.

My sister saw Laura doing her shopping earlier said she was an absolute state but clearly was hoping to be recognized.
I used to see her stomping around Mahon point doing the same, talking loudly and looking around to see who was looking, that was in the cc cahoots days. Sure she said it on the radio a few weeks ago that she goes to MP and walks around for ages to see if anyone comes up to her 🙄
 
My ears are bleeding, how red fm put this line up in place as their best offering, like is it too much to ask for a bright bantery show in the morning. I just find this bleak and dull

OK. Last one. Just saw their awkward insta story, Ciara is just so beige, but like wtf the hack of Laura, if I showed up to work.like that I'd be pulled into a meeting and I don't see anyone besides my co workers. I wouldn't go on my personal socials like that never mind the redfm one.

Love to know their own opinion. Like it is forced, maybe they do get on but trying to find their way being thrown together?
Or they hate each other 😂 I'd be fairly pissed if I was Ciara or Laura, already on the show (kinda) then the main host leaves......you get "promoted" but as a standalone to someone who never was on radio.

I don't think they are good friends, surely if they were there would be a natural warmth and banter between them. Every morning sounds like their first time meeting to me.
Cannot watch to audibly cringe at their interview with Ed... They have asked every single guest the same questions since they started their show. So take a shot of espresso when they ask him if it's great to be back doing live gigs, if he loves performing in Cork, and if they call him a friend of the show. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
 
Was it Ciara said she's going on a hen this weekend to Spain? Wonder is she going with Julie? Or have j got my info all wrong 😂
 
Ya I think she is. Omg if she's there with Julie I'll die she'll be horrified Ciara is so prim and proper Julie will have her in a state of shock 😂
 
That would be epic, but think I'm wrong. Heard Ciara say she's going on a hen but I'm sure Julie said that she had wedding this weekend
