As someone said above, she has done the exact same holiday in New York over and over again since she was 16. I am genuinely baffled as to whether Grabby aged 16 chose the itinerary (set in stone for all eternity) for her and 27 year old pedalo-boyfriend? Or did Ben decide it all? The way they both eat the same low calorie slop, don't drink, don't drink caffeine. Was he like this before he met her and then shaped her to be just like him? So many questions. I bet they genuinely are the talk at Freya's school.

Anyway this trip is the gift that keeps on giving. Is she so batshit that she really thinks the kids wants to be wheeled around like little OAPS in the freezing cold at 7am to look at some distant skyscrapers. I cannot wait for the next instalment of how not to parent.
 
I've been following this loon on-off for years, but haven't really posted on here (apart from once recently).

Anyway, can anyone please enlighten me - do they have money and are just very scabby or did something happen and they lost loads of money? I can't understand why she would go to all of this hassle of having such a cheap and pointless holiday, if they could afford better?! They were in Ikos recently, weren't they? That doesn't come cheap.

I still haven't brought my pre-teen kids to NYC and won't until I know that they will really appreciate it, but I'll also make sure that when we do go, we stay in a lovely hotel in the heart of Manhattan, not some dive in a rough part of Brooklyn. She is deranged.
 
I think they have some money, ie a slightly above average household income, enough say for a couple of holidays a year (like an average family) but to do the insane amount of trips that Grabby seems to need to escape her sad vacuous life they have to scrimp and save. Hence the packet ham in sad depressing airbnbs, second hand shoes for the FRKs that don’t fit and cheapo nasty fast fashion when it’s not gifted.

Good call. Ben bought her nice handbags when she was younger but literally all her clothes now are from Asda, H&M or similar and she usually only buys stuff in the sales. Her nails always look awful and grown out so she doesn't get them done very regularly. I wouldn't be surprised if Ben cut her hair to save a few quid.

Her teeth are probably the only thing she's spent money on and I would bet anything her parents helped.
