Kids pick up on so much. I bet her classmates have already asked Freya why she’s still in a buggy. That’s a question we all want answered

My daughter was asked by one of her classmates in reception why she was still 'in a baby's car seat' as she was in an extended rear facing car seat (for those that don't know there's safety evidence to support keeping them rear facing as long as possible, ideally up to 5yrs+. I was in a nasty car crash whilst pregnant and had to be cut out by the fire service so was more cautious then most & spent £££ on the highest safety rating I could find) So yes, they will definitely of asked.

Are New Yorkers happy for tourists (yes, that’s what you are Grabby) to participate in trick or treating? Isn’t it a community thing like it is in the UK? Call me grumpy but I couldn’t be bothered to hand out sweets to tourists, especially toddlers whose parents stand behind them with their demented grins.

'Free range kiddos' but never not being strapped into a buggy. Make it make sense!

Chipotle is such a basic choice, they are on practically every corner in New York. She only ever eats chain restaurant foods when out.

So many amazing places in eat in New York, even with Kids. Chinatown would have been a great choice, super quick, budget friendly and very much a cultural experience…they would have had a great fun.

Instead they are eating salad in a chain. Why???

I've not seen many of the pictures or the reel #dreamyblocked and can't be arsed to look them up. But the hotel ... oh my days that looks bleak. Doesn't even seem to have breakfast! Isn't that one of the nicest thing on holiday - waking up, lovely American breakfast - pancakes, crispy bacon etc ... oh no, not for these free-range, yet never walking, neglected little waifs ... i cannot get over how ill and tired they look.
