Hello fresh would give a free box to anyone, they really don’t care. Even someone who does a regular order gets a referral code and can make a few quid back.

It's funny she says this because other than a few nice herb/spice combinations or sauces etc, the recipes are really basic and the meat is usually not great quality. Her cooking must be really awful and bland.

No. If you write something *about* her, including emails to PR companies then she is the data subject and therefore entitled to see it - it becomes her data because it's about her.
Same way if you used company emails to witch about a coworker , they could get copies through a system access request if their names were in the email, even if the email wasn't directly sent to them .
