She makes her life so hard, she’s such a martyr, tying herself up in knots to be the perfect human. No wonder she’s on a sliding scale to nervous breakdown. Just the sight of the packed lunch and homemade waffles gave me a panic attack!! Of course most people want to do the best for their children but a sandwich and an apple/raisins is enough! A piece of toast or cereal is enough. If you’re completely frazzled then you need to put boundaries in place and removing the need to create the perfect lunch box would be a good place to start.
