Will any of you be watching this? its based on a real life murder. I’m quite fascinated to see if the two juries reach the same verdict.

This looks interesting! Planning to watch it. Do you know if it’s on every night or once a week?

This is insane. She took her older daughter on a 10 day trip to Puerto Rico and left the baby alone at home and of course when she got home the baby was dead and in a horrific state. Died of starvation and dehydration.

Neighbours saying she would leave the baby alone before and they would plead with her not to.

So many similarities to Verphy Kudi.

I've heard of a few cases over the last several years of mothers in the US doing this. I remember one where the mom left 2 children (a preteen and toddler) alone for over 2 months and they only survived because the father of the oldest travelled from the west coast to check in since he was alerted to someone spotting the mom in another state without the kids.

Like, what is wrong with people? Honestly.

Channel 4 have made a documentary covering the case where the man pushed his pregnant wife off Arthurs Seat. It’s on next week over 2 nights.

This should be good. BBC and C4 are always the best at this type of thing in my opinion.

I think this case was briefly discussed on the last thread? An interesting article from BBC

House of horrors. So scary that those kids lived with their psycho dad and nobody intervened. Not blaming anyone specific but it’s really scary. Is it implied that the little baby was also his? 🤢

RE the 'cat killer case- how fucked up is it that killing a cat is only considered criminal damage? How have we not created a new category of crime for the killing of animals in this day and age? Especially when it's so often a stepping stone to killing a human!? It beggars belief! Makes me wonder what kind of measly sentences are being given out to those couple of horrific animal abuse cases discussed recently.

I'm glad they are meant to be changing the law when it comes to animal theft. Right now they are considered as a possession like a mobile phone but they want to change it. Its the fact she lured that poor cat to her flat, sick witch.

Just watching the ch 4 Jury show and I’m not sure I can carry on ! The men saying that she must have provoked him and saying how she slept around !
People really believe that someone can be provoked into strangulation and then smashing a hammer into someone’s head !! My hubby has been called up for jury service next month so I’m beyond curious already ti see what he will get ‘
