I’m not watching any more of her crappy days in the life, it’s only an exercise to increase her views. She isn’t giving us any more of an idea of her life than the usual clips just has the narration added. I'm nearly 50 and have been in peri since around the age of 43. Frustratingly, my periods are STILL regular as bloody clockwork and no signs of even a late one yet!

My worst symptoms are night sweats. They're vile. I have to change my bedsheets and nightwear, then stand in the colder bathroom for around 10 or 15 minutes until I cool down. I've had a handful of hot flushes in the daytime but very irregularly. Last one I had a few weeks ago. I went and stood outside to cool down but it was so mild, I got angry and nearly cried

If Raq is still wearing the webl rubbish and thick coats, she will sweat. Has she not noticed how mild it has been lately. Hot flushes are definitely not like normal sweating. Stupid cow.
