Ethel caught and killed a chicken, I'm not sure a small fluffy animal would be the best idea for her 😬

This post has really peed me off with her words "if you want to educate yourself read this book". She's the one that needs educating if it's taken her "literary agent" to send her the book for her to be even aware of the three fathers who came together due the the sad tragedy of their daughters. Just shows how self absorbed she is and obviously never watches the news or anything else of interest that might "educate" her. I doubt there is any of us that aren't aware of these dad's sad story that brought them together. Her stupidity never fails to amaze me. Sorry rant over
 
She is sweating because she has put on weight and still dresses in extra layers of clothes that she doesn't need because she now has more body fat. She used to be cold all the time when she was thinner if you remember.

Weight is a self made insulation system. You don't have to layer up, one top and a coat (not quilt) is enough.

She obviously doesn’t know much because she just keeps mentioning hot flushes SOOOO many other symptoms 🙄 Hot flushes was actually never a symptom I had but had a list of about 10 other thing when I got put on HRT (best decision I ever made for me) perimenopause was awful for me. I hate that she is jumping on the band wagon because the stupid huns will listen to her when there are so many really informative people out there.
She really is trying to tick all the boxes to make herself relevant Domestic abuse, Neurodiversity, Menopause, Gym life 🙄 The saying Jack of all trades, master of none really does apply with her 😅

No my hot flushes are random though I tend to rarely get them during the day and tend to get them at night. As someone else has said though, hot flushes are the thing that often gets mentioned and before I went through the menopause (early because of endometriosis) I thought menopause was just hot flushes. But it is so so so so much more than that which again makes me think she isn’t there yet and doesn’t really have a clue! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I 100% do not miss periods though ✌🏻 #Noonelikesperiods #periodsaredislikedmaybeevenmorethanrachel
