Just wondering when everyone started to show with their first baby if just having one?

I think it depends on your body shape - I was a size 8/10 but with a super flat tummy so my family and friends could tell from about 7 weeks. Looking back at pictures, strangers probably wouldn’t have been able to tell until about 16 weeks.

It started looking more than just bloat in the evenings when I was 16w, but my belly really popped at 20w and got my first “are you pregnant” question at 22w, that’s when I knew it started to really show :D

Im getting my RSV vaccine in the morning, i wasnt offered this first time around so dont really know what to expect. Did anyone have any side effects or anything? I had my flu jab last month and that was absolutely fine whereas my husband had it and was so sick with flu like symptoms the big wuss 🤣

I felt off after flu and covid booster but absolutely fine after the RSV. I didn’t even get an achey arm!

I didn't get get much of a sore arm when I got my RSV one so hopefully you'll be fine. But I do always react badly to the flu one so I didn't get it cause I couldn't cope with anything else on top of being pregnant.

Are you packing snacks? All I can think about is food right now. 37 weeks and my sickness is almost under control (my new anti sickness meds work 70%) or the time so I'm enjoying eating. I'm not sure what snacks to take with me.

I saw a reel on Instagram from a midwife who suggested taking foods that would be easy to throw up during labour just in case. Bananas, raspberries, blackberries, chopped up nuts, and energy drinks. She emphasised potassium rich foods as well.

Got my glucose test this morning. My area recently lowered the requirements for taking it, otherwise I would’ve totally skipped needing one. 😂 😭 The drink tasted alright and baby girl is happily kicking away after it. Now to sit with a book and wait.

How many weeks did you all start to feel movements ?

with first baby I didn’t really think I felt much until closer to 24 weeks, had an anterior placenta but also I guess it’s difficult to work out what is actually baby flutters or movement with your first?

second now and left lateral placenta, I don’t know if I’m just crazy but I’m sure I felt flutters from just before 16 weeks 😅, they became more obviously baby by 18-20 weeks

About 5 seconds in.. but genuinely, from about 8 weeks as pretty noticeable because of the severe bloating 😂 by 12 weeks I had a bump

I think about 14 weeks but I have a lot of gynae issues and scar tissue so I feel like that’s why and it was hard to decipher whether it really was her. I definitely felt them from 16 weeks though
