Do they take klarna or similar? Most people I know who are obsessed with clothes are deep in klarna debt.
I’m kinda obsessed with clothes but not one specific brand. Never used Klarna or similar though!

I find the ones who haven't even bought a popsy dress before (insert random sob story about being poor or ill) who post asking advice or posting photos of them and their kids on holidays, surely there's better places to post this stuff than in a group for a clothing brand you've never bought from. 🤷🏼‍♀️
I find it super weird that people post like that in a group for a brand they haven’t bought from.
---
Also why is everyone so obsessed with the cardigans? It’s like no one has sold a range of plain cardies in different colours before! It’s weird they sell 3/4 sleeve jackets and dresses in the winter and now we are heading to summer and they have brought out a range of what looks like heavier fabric knitwear and people are going nuts for it….

Exactly what I thought! At least the dresses are quirky/different but the cardigans are very basic so some of the OTT gushing over them had baffled me. Plus, totally agree that the timing of the launch is a bit weird 🤷‍♀️ but let's be honest, they could bring out a range of clothes made out of bin bags and the cult would be all over it!

I was tempted by the bright coloured cardigans until I saw the full length photos of them and I swear I had cardigans with the exact same pattern in the arms as a kid and it put me off 😂 irrational I know 😆 also only seeing photos of Cherish wearing them didn’t really help get an idea of what they looked like 😆

I tried to listen to it last night but I kept falling asleep. From what I demembe rot was a tad boring and self absorbed.
Oh dear lord I must have been half asleep when I posted that last comment.
I am gobsmacked at the woman blatently flaunting her massive purchases on the page. £300 ?! Seems she's loving the attention. All the comments about her getting a box and people pissing their frillies with glee. It makes me sad for the people who get into debt for it.....yes...I am one of those. I've got a pay Pal pay in three for my last purchase and I'm not proud. I got a jumpsuit a dress and a coatigan (which to be fair is quite nice) and a couple of pairs of tights. I'm off sick from work right now and I impulse bought thinking it would cheer me up. Then this week I got told my half pay is stopping and I'm just on ssp now.

Good thing they have deep pockets.

It’s a bit grim, I get that it’s a business I feel officially affiliated groups should be made to declare themselves as advertising as essentially that is what they are using the members for. Totally crazy consumerism who actually needs that many cardigans (or dresses)?
They are all brainwashed (like many of these groups) the shoes are nothing special likely cheap mass produced and they all go crazy for it.

I think even if I could afford to buy all the cardigans in one go, I would still just buy one and see what the actual quality is like!!

But then you might miss out and not get your size! Must buy now! Imagine if you missed out and then you’d have to err, buy a plain cardigan from another shop.

Archived as it’s a Mail link. This is one of the gross Snag groups she’s on about, isn’t it? I can’t think of another brand where half naked pics would be acceptable.

The whole thing of they might run out of your size etc is definitely calculated to encourage spending.
It's the same thing that twit at In the Style does, says things are low stock or out of stock when in fact they only had a handful in each size anyway. Then it gets restocked anyway.
It's all a tactic to drive sales and get the gullible to part with their money.
Do any of them even think about why they need 7 cardigans in every colour? Especially heading into summer!
A lot of this drives almost hoarder like behaviour; slightly different but it also reminds me of the Hinch wannabes who would have hundreds of those Minky sponges in every pattern etc.

It is basic psychology 101 to constantly push the limited angle.

I've been into minimalism for almost 5 years now. It reminds me of my make up days when there was a new MAC collection coming out almost every month. It gave me something to look forward to. When I was spending a lot more it coincided with my depression getting worse.

There's a fair chunk of vulnerable folk in that group. Is there any need to tell 45k people including little old me who's just following to see what the fuss is about that your 18 year old daughter is in MH unit.

I have one cardigan at the moment which I love. Bought from a Polish brand for £12.

Are Lucy Locket not good? Was thinking of trying to capitalise on FOMO regret and getting a pair on Vinted....mind you, I thought this about Molke but the Facebook mentalist fans put me off completely.
I love them personally, the side pockets are a great addition too. They're just overpriced for what they are, luckily the website always has deals and offers so I never buy anything full price. I imagine they have similar ardent followers and obsessed fans who hoard their products. It doesn't surprise me that the LLL group was exactly how the Popsy group is now.

I can’t believe how crazy they’re all going for thick woolly cardigans… it’s been the hottest week of the year!

also those espadrilles are quite nice but nothing you can’t get in a million other places. Why are they all so gutted they’re out of stock? Bloody good marketing model I guess.

Sainsbury’s have some for around £20 and Next have some for around £42. I wouldn’t buy the Popsy ones as it’s far too early to know what the quality is like, despite the multitude of reviews and fawning over the fact they fit and the descriptions of a load of women’s foot problems and arch heights!

Have you seen the LLL threads? Worth a read if you are bored one day!
I have a few of the casual leggings and 1 pair of actives. They are nothing special but are comfy and have washed really well. I’ve also got some of the crop tops and they have washed well too. The Facebook page is annoying and they constantly have deals on so wait until they do before getting something, I’ve never paid full price. I also have a blanket hoody. That’s seen me through 2 winters working from home and is a really good size although some stitching came undone and I had to fix it. I guess it all depends what you want and why. My sister swears by Sweaty Betty leggings but she does a lot of sport, whereas I don’t and couldn’t justify that price for the occasional bike ride etc.

I’d never buy a Molke after the things I’ve seen on their Facebook group. Loads of creeps. I suppose it’s a risk with anything you’d buy on Vinted but I’d be worried who’d been wearing it.
