Popsy Clothing Cult #18 Once You Popsy You Can't Stopsy

1
I just want to remind you guys of original popsy. I loved the vintage style dresses. I thought they were classic. More like Joanie.
It's a shame the tit they mass produce and throw out there.
---
These are on vinted at the mo.
Not my cuppa, but they are 100% nicer than the rubbish they are churning out now. Maybe these ones were actually designed and made in the UK?

They're not my style, but I appreciate that they are a style, and have a recognisable aesthetic. They feel deliberate in terms of patterns being paired with silhouettes that compliment them, little details like the scalloped collar make them unique.

Popsy now is just churning out badly designed and poorly thought out crap. Nothing feels like it's done on purpose. The patterns are thrown onto the same cookie cutter shapes, which are badly cut. There's no thought to the weight or feel of the fabric used. It's like they've discovered that they can charge £££s for any old crap repeating pattern haphazardly thrown onto a bit of jersey. It's lazy and sad.

So then poopettes, popsy dungarees are the garment of choice for multiple tv presenters appearing on programmes aimed at toddlers, are there any conclusions you can draw from this 🤔

Surely this should be a light bulb moment...

Today in safeguarding fails. Woman posts full home address in a Facebook group with 60,000 members.

She's left it up for two hours and counting! Don't worry, though. The only possible consequence is that people might send her more polyester! 😬

Silly postie. That’s not where Popsy goes.

It should be put in the mixed recycling with the other plastic waste.

Do we know why on earth Gummy has a Make-a-Wish wish? I wouldn't usually pry but at this point she shares everything but her knickers online.

That’s odd. Isn’t it supposed to be for kids who have life threatening or progressive illnesses? Their dad has the same syndrome and is still alive so I don’t think it’s something that is going to significantly shorten their life.

That was my thinking. I'm no Gummologist but I didn't think anyone in the family was, well... ill enough for a Wish. I know that's very politically incorrect to say but I thought it was really for either terminal illnesses or ones that are entirely life-altering.
