No offense and each to their cown, but I’m generally not a fan of heavy makeup on plus size women. Not a fan of heavy makeup in any case, but I think delicate faces can pull it off better, as it somehow makes the facial features more crude.

At this stage, I don’t understand why she’s not gone down the weight loss jab route? She clearly hasn’t been able to regulate her food intake with surgery.

Everyone I’ve seen with the jabs seems to lose weight but I guess they want to - is it even possible to override the appetite suppressing element?

If she was serious about her health she would make sensible eating choices - she does not. She would do gentle exercise that the arthritic hip allows - she does not. She just wants bury her head in the sand and try and convince herself she is much smaller than she is. But her anxiety and depression say otherwise. She is incredibly unhappy with herself and her life but can't be arsed to make any changes and take responsibility. Possibly because she is an entitled brat who surrounds herself with enablers.
