I think that's part of Poppy's problem, she can't get any excess skin removal because she's still got a lot of weight to lose. So she's in a limbo land of having excess skin but also still being fat.

I don’t think all of it is excess skin either. I think there’s still quite a bit of fat there. She wouldn’t qualify for skin removal in this country as most surgeons won’t consider you for that unless you are maintaining a BMI below 32.
