I'd hate to think this one was as well. She's just had a lot of drama going on after the sale and not honering a deal she advertised. This will deflect from that and her shite customer service and all will be forgettonn

She had a sale of everything on her website and said pallets were out of stock but mysteriously palettes were In stock everyday at 5pm causing the website to crash

That's Adam. And the sale of her products. She had a huge sale last week and offered free makeup brushes with a few purchases. Heavily advertised it and didn't honour the deal and her customer services just said things like "hi babe you didn't get the brushes because you didn't pay for them" "hey babe you didn't get the brushes because you were meant to add them to the cart even though we didn't say that" "hi babe we crossed them off it offer doesn't apply anymore" Might not seem a lot but people bought specific items expecting their free brushes

I can't clearly see anything in their hands in that bad quality cctv footage. I also can't see them leaving with anything in their hands. Someone has a small white cube shape in their hand at the end but that's it. Feel free to correct me ☺️

So unfortunately everyones had issues with the customer service there over the years and that’s never changed. Due to so many young girls working there, it’s no a trained customer service role, everyone just does every thing.

Still sucks for the people who waited hours to get into her site, ordered items & the promotion was even honoured just to be called babe & spoke to like idiots. Now it'll be over looked and all's forgetter because something bad has happened to her. Anyways like I said I don't order off her site I think delivery is a joke when I live in the U.K. lol. My original base took 2 weeks to come so Iv never bothered again.

It probably is but you can't just put 10K in your pocket which is mad. She said she's got better quilty to show later
