i ordered from the sale, was a pisstake to get onto the site but when i ordered i received my bases in 2 days so ive had no issues personally

I can see the MTL website is still operating but it’s a fact that on companies house the ltd of that name with the director Arianna Atjar is liquidated. Had insolvency practitioners in if you read the filings. So unless she’s using her new firm to trade, it probably shouldnt be operating 🤷‍♀️ probably needs a separate thread anyway!

Well anyone who’s unhappy with there service don’t hide behind a profile. Make a YouTube video, Instagram video, make your voice known other wise don’t mention it

Do u wanna tell Google and trust pilot that then? 2 of the biggest review sites in the world... You can review items and brands on many retail sites like argos and boots which don't require you "make your voice known or don't mention it"

That sort of attitude won't help a business to move forward ever

People are going to and are entitled to discuss their customer service issues on here you weird person lol, same as we discuss YouTubers and influencers! No doubt they have written it on social media only to get called 'babe' and ignored for weeks on emails !!! Do you think people are only writing it on Tattle, no, they are obviously going to email and write on social media etc

Ridiculous. People have paid money for a product, they have the right to complain and it’s not conditional on revealing their identity.
If you want to be a successful business you need to put a lot of focus on your customer experience. if P’s business has had complaints she needs to sort them. The big wide world isn’t like insta where you’ve got loads of fan girls covering your arse and you can call everyone babe and delete comments you don’t like.
In the real world, customers have expectations about delivery, service, website and if not met they will be vocal about it.

Agree I had awful customer service from the fashion line, I didn't appreciate the 'babes' all over the reply.

It's been made known. Not everyone is a YouTuber or wants attacked by her fans for complaining 🙂. If herself & her costumer service don't take people seriously I doubt her fans do either. I'll complain for a service I paid for wherever I like.
 
I’ve noticed there’s a lot of new members particularly ones slating Arianna now seems in line my friend who follows Anna (Tyler aka real life guy girlfriend) posted this from this thread
