Guys I’m RAGING. I ordered my mam two of the universal glows for Christmas as she really wanted to try it. They arrived leaking and damaged. Contacted customer service and they arranged a courier to collect from my house and said once it’s collected they will refund me. It’s been a week and still no refund - they sent the products to quality control and ‘will be in touch shortly’!!! It is bloody ridiculous, the item is clearly faulty and they’re withholding my refund like I was to blame for them being damaged. Now they are ignoring my emails. What a joke of ‘customer service’ Pipsy has. 60€ wasted. I’m going to appeal it with my bank.

there are so many of those "universal" type glow products on the market and I've tried so many of them. if I'd to chose between a brand like Charlotte tilbury who is known worldwide for glow products in particular and Pippas boring bland looking tube I'd spend my 40 odd euro on CT flawless filter. mac strobe cream is also good imo.

Not a good business move, you refund straight away and make it right for the customer. I’ve had eyeshadows arrive broken from top brands before, these things can happen, it is how it’s dealt with that shows good practise.
 
I had an issue with an Ella & Jo product a short while ago (ive loads of their prodicts its a once off issue) I sent an email they asked for a pic and then sent me a replacement product plus a full size product that cost €15 more than product I'd an issue with as a goodwill gesture with no hassle amd worhin days. That's how it should be - especially when you support an Irish brand.

I genuinely don't understand the love for her at all. The tint and glow is desperate and I'd also got her lip balm lipstick and it came off after two twists, complained and heard nothing back. The previous poster is right, most of the irish influencers are only interested in making a fast buck with tit products.
 
I really disagree & her success esp across the water where she is a nobody has proven it's not white labelled shite.

Tint & glow isn't for everyone, but what product is? The only thing I didn't get on with was cloud cream.

Pippa this morning putting on her stick colour & no colour pay off whatsoever absolute shite.

Really don’t rate any of her products either apart from the little concealer pot. And doesn’t she manufacture in South Korea?
 
Things I love from Sculpted
Hydra tint, absolutely beautiful on and suits my oily skin
Her brushes, fantastic quality
Hydra glo serum really lightweight but very hydrating

Have tried all her other foundations and none suit my skin.
Have repurchased her brushes many times as I love them so much.
