Phillip Schofield #54 went away, now Castaway

He really doesn't get it does he? That people see through the whole thing? The coming out to cover the scandal, giving a schoolboy a leg up the career ladder and shagging him, the beard wife, the brother... I would be so ashamed and embarassed. He should be ashamed, and it speaks to his character that he can sit and do this show talking the way does.

I have a feeling Ruby is uncomfortable with the whole scenario/his actions as she doesn’t say much, but probably been roped in there to make it look like a happy family situation

I remember when they did a tribute to PS on Lorraine Kelly, to celebrate his 40 years in TV. Steph and Molly appeared but not Ruby. She does seem to be less involved than her mum and sister.

In this photo, Phil looks like Jesus at the last Supper...with his hands outstretched to his disciples...

I'm only 3 minutes in to the programme and I'm constantly cringing. If he's alone on an island, who's taking the expert camera shots? It's all me, me, me, so far. I'm going to watch to see if he apologises to the young runner for using him, his wife and children, and makers of This Morning for ruining their lives with his behaviour.

I could be wrong but it seems fake to me. The way he went on about poor me etc, and then started crying, saying 'that came out of nowhere'. As if it isn't obvious he rehearsed it. I think he was right about some people being fake, as I thought his best friendship with Holly was for mutual image. Talking about their family holidays together, when he was more interested in sleeping with a young runner than his wife.
Suppose one good thing about it is it got him and Holly off TM, as they were so bland with no chesmistry. Comparing Holly with a person as real and vibrant as Josie is like chalk & cheese.

It’s just gas lighting at its finest.
His narration of this boring pity party is exactly like his audio book of his autobiography ( it was a free download … I didn’t pay for it ! ) in which he mentioned his “ coming out “ for less than 5 minutes out of the entire book.
The whole sorry saga is so classic when someone has been caught out.
Deflect, blame someone else, nothing to see here, not my fault which will have worked for him so many times in the past but not on this final occasion.
But this time he can’t believe that people have stepped away from him and why would they hang around him with so many skeletons in that closet ? I know I would have run for the hills but he thought holly would hang about as he considered he pretty much owned her. Plucked her from kids TV and stuck her on dancing on ice then when he got rid of Fern he wanted Holly on the sofa with him as she was pliable and mouldable and he was playing the big I am at itv.
She OWED him big time he thought she would stick around but she didn’t.
He’s had the farce with David Cameron when he hadn’t the balls to make the apology himself and made Ruth do it, Queuegate where yet again Holly did the “ apology “ then trouble is brewing behind the scenes at TM, his “ unwise but not illegal “ fiasco and then his brother gets sent down for 12 years.
How much of a liability can one person actually be ?
Still he’s a bit sorry not sorry.
Sorry he got caught out and all his miserable little mess exposed but he had been doing stuff for decades.
His daft poem quote his “ therapist “ sent was just a nod so we knew he was having therapy.
We get it PHILTH you have mentioned it many times.
I hope tomorrow night is the last time this creep is given airtime.

Let's not forget his first interview. Poor me, my mental health, I have lost everything, people want me to die like Caroline flack. Disgusting.

I'm pretty sure he still has millions and could spend the rest of his life on 5 star holidays.
