Could one of them be Gok Wan or Kelly Hoppen? A few months ago he unfollowed them both on IG. He was close friends with them before the scandal. They still appear on This Morning regularly.
I think they distanced themselves and didn't support him and he was pissed off.

100 percent. Like all narcissists who are nearer to the psychopathic end of the spectrum (Trump, Brand, etc) they cannot function without massive amounts of attention, they cannot live without controlling the narrative or controlling people. It's impossible for them. He'll never truly go away. I can foresee a Youtube channel, or perhaps 'finding' God. There will be something, trust me.

I listened to five minutes of LBC this morning who had a phone-in. Most comments were negative, but one or two very inarticulate callers came on and seemed to try and defend him. Presumably these gullible, low-information people are who Channel 5 and Philth are trying to appeal to.

I suppose it was that moment when he realised he'd been dumped and just couldn't cope with the rejection after believing that he was loved in return. It was a humiliation which was caught on camera to add to his distress.

These are the three.
Frizell was pictured alongside Phil and Holly but got no backlash during quegate.
Eamonn always blamed Phil for getting fired from This Morning, and subsequently got Dan Wootton to hound Phil
Holly cared more about her brand deals and hurting her reputation by association with Phil
