That was obvious at the time Dan. There was all the talk of rifts and upset backstage prior to him coming out. Then he came out and practically forced Eamonn & Ruth to embrace him and play along with the “stunning and brave” narrative.

The Sun were the ones that forced him to come out via agreement

Yes, Dan, the Sun editor (whose name escapes me) and Martin Frizell all sat down with Phil to discuss how they would run the story. All orchestrated.

The Sun sat on the story for years but it was only until the new editor joined that she pushed for it to come out in the open. In the months before they were quite relentless with the anti-Pip stories, especially him and Amanda Holden.

Really if any one should of been getting a queue jump it should of been the people on duty, helping to keep everything running smoothly and people safe! Not them two absolute wankers
 
I thought the Mails headline about Holly was very curious.
made me wonder if itv thinks Holly is the more popular of the two and they are trying use her to get some public sympathy. I dont Think the public would be so upset if she went.
holly needs some more media gigs to extend her career,
phil really isn’t the great journo he thinks he is.
