Owen is insisting that this crime is unrelated to what the Sun was reporting. Perhaps unrelated in terms of a crime being committed, but not contextually or morally unrelated, since they were happening at the same time.

The public has every right to give a tit that a highly paid man in a position of public trust, being paid with public money, was soliciting sexual content from a much, much, much younger man, whether or not it was technically something that could be criminally prosecuted.

I said it when the Schofield stuff came out - if your only defence of something is that it isn't technically illegal, you're probably not acting from the moral high ground.

Owen is a little gobshite who thinks he shits chocolate ice cream and we all want a lick, but he's not as bright as he thinks he is.

Yeah. I think he forgets that we bleeping paid for Huw’s massive salary. And saville, and many more. People have every right to complain and be annoyed

The original story alleged Edwards met up with an underage boy and that was proven to be a fake story. The crime he has been charged with and pled guilty to related to sharing photos he was sent on Whats App.

I can’t remember but was it not alleged grooming from the mum who went to the press? And was said to be fake as the young man in question said nothing was wrong but the mum alleged drugs were an issue. Either way it raised the alarm so hopefully some kids are safe as a result. And I hope the original guy has got some help for drug addiction

OJ is a massive twit for automatically jumping to Huw's defence before all the facts were known. The Sun must of known something big for the story to break to begin with. Huw not suing The Sun for libel, was also a indication that some wrongdoing had occurred, with further stuff likely to come out.

Now we know what a disgusting perv Huw is, it makes OJ look an even bigger twit than he already was.

The fact is, if is wasn't for The Sun, the BBC would have likely brushed this scandal under the carpet, as they didn't want a repeat of the JS and RH scandal all over again.

To be fair if I had been working out I would not be wearing a top either. I’m surprised he finds the time given that he is on the internet all day
