He's admitting that he just saw "great reporting" and didn't read any further than that before liking it? His issue is narcissism. I haven't read his report yet but I'm doubtful it will be anything particularly groundbreaking - it's been obvious to anyone paying attention for the past year+ what has been going on at the BBC wrt the reporting of Gaza. But there will also be plenty of people who are jumping on this in bad faith. Which is what makes him a useless idiot, and a liability.

Exactly this. He and his followers are exactly the sort to sift through other people's likes/follows and condemn them for following someone they deem unacceptable for entirely less legitimate reasons than blatant antisemitism.

He's vile, but we knew that, so it's good to see him getting a taste of his own medicine.
 
Reading his twitter feed gives me the same feeling as watching Russia Today o_O

dropsitenews (no never heard of it before) which is platforming his "journalism" I'm going to assume is as news worthy as GB news.

Never heard of the site. Looks like it’s run by a couple of American guys who used to work for another very left wing publication called The Intercept. First article I found was them interviewing senior Hamas officials. Wonder who is funding this project? Definitely gives propaganda vibes.

The Intercept is, or at least was, very good. It wasn't Left-leaning at all, if anything it was quite Libertarian. I haven't listened for over a year mind you.

The Intercept was supported by a parent company which was created by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar, a multi billionaire.
The new website is on Substack - anyone can set one up really. It hosts writers from varying political backgrounds.
 
He will twist anything to fit his narrative

I remember when he supposedly has a homophobic attack or harassment and he claimed they were brexiteers or maga (forget which). 1 - did it even happen, 2 - no way he would know that. I highly doubt homophobes would lead with how they voted in a referendum years earlier

Because it looked to him like he could use it, so off he went like a half-cocked moron. The Saudi monster who killed and injured those poor people seems to have been a been a narcissistic nutjob who was known to be dangerous to everyone, regardless of politics.
