Honestly sad to think about how downhill she’s gone. There isn’t one thing left about the girl whose content I loved, who was different than every other goat on Instagram & YouTube, she’s a carbon copy of her disgusting nepo pals now, personality to match it! Horrible witch

Her uniqueness (is that a word lol) literally lasted a year. And then she turned into every other influencer.

I feel like if she stayed in Ireland she would’ve grown more and if she had just casually came to London it would’ve made her more unique and like created a celeb status kinda thing where it’s like oh you’re only gonna catch her once and then she’s gone but now I’m sure many people see her on the regular but also in London especially in that group drama and gossip spreads so people who are fans an viewers are probs friends w her new friends so it makes people feel as if they know her n are friends of her therefor giving them the right to spread info or whatever. Plus I personally have never been to Ireland and I feel like it would’ve been interesting to see NI n her pilot school etc

It sort of is in the sense that people always pay their way into like Methody, Campbell, inst etc if they don’t initially get the grade to get in. You could never do that with the catholic grammar schools like St pats you legit have to get an A for there and it’s easily the best school in Belfast by a mile, all my brothers went there, but methody is more elitist in the sense that if mummy and daddy can afford to pay you in they can. Same thing in a lot of Protestant grammar schools in Belfast I swear that’s like a known thing
Idk when your brothers went but I was there between 2012-2019 and witnessed it go to the PITS. The % achieved A*-C grades dropped by the year, and it’s plummeting down the school league tables lol. Plus you haven’t been able to pay into it since they stopped boarding, the only real “paying” is school fees and voluntary fees which every school asks for not just Methody or other grammar schools. Literally it is only elite by name bc rich people big it up so much, mainly bc the school worships the rugby guys and by extension their girlfriends + it’s a good place for rich social climbers to make connections bc of how many rugby players go pro after leaving.

They didn’t go to Methody they went to St Pats, I’m saying that’s easily the best school in Belfast but doesn’t act like a private school whereas Methody is still so elitist despite being a tit school like you pointed out. Believe me I went to Victoria and all of those schools will claim aside from boarding you can’t pay in but you 100% can, with favouritism still given to the rugby players even if their grades are in the pits. Obvs it doesn’t operate like a private school but due to Belfast not having private schools it’s the closest thing, not to mention that it literally has a prep school primary for people that really want to go there called Fullerton that you have to pay for

Her problem is she peaked too early so now she can only go downhill. She did too much too soon. Should’ve stayed humble in Ireland or with Flossie for a bit longer before trying to social climb
You're right.

Since there isn't a huge amount of big irish Youtubers, it would have been great to see her stay in Ireland, show what we are like in terms of culture, humour, days and nights out etc.

It would have been original, authentic and definitely more interesting than this London shite she's doing.

My bad I didn’t read that properly😅 but yeah I get what you mean, I really had no clue you had to pay for Fullerton tho! They’ve also got Downey House prep but it’s in Pirrie Park (Methody’s private sports ground) so the more I think about it the more it gives private school vibes ew

No don’t worry haha everything you said about Methody is super spot on which makes it even weirder that they act so elitist, but yeah for sure it’s obvs not a private school but it’s probably the most similar thing Belfast has so Olivia can try and ditch the private school vibe all she likes but it’s deffo ingrained into her or atleast the idea that she’s better than other people

Honestly I don’t know how Moya Mawhinney doesn’t have equal hype to Olivia she’s so much more genuine and makes much more interesting and well thought out content

The thing is w kids n their rich parents is there’s always a scandal so when they say oh we made all this money my first thought is either fraud or backdoor deals ygm idk why 😂😂 I feel like there’s just secrets w certain companies. This is so random 😂😂
EY is a huge & reputable global accounting firm so it's not like Lewys' dad single handedly made 40m. His dad is still more legitimate than other rich youtubers' parents who are involved in shady businesses.

agree, but i feel like people enjoy watching fake people like olivia, its just in human nature to watch controversial people, just like everyone used to watch Jeffrey stars. sadly, the type that is genuinely nice and kind gets less attention, because everyone thinks kindness is a weakness

Yeah you’re for sure right, I did my graduate training contract with EY and there is zero chance his dad really could hold that job position while being involved in anything shady. Auditors are under so much regulation when working with firms and can’t even hold a small amount of shares in the companies we audit. And that’s as a tiny little graduate never mind the chairman of the U.K. His success is definitely super legitimate and he probably works all the time, if he was involved in anything shady working in a big 4 accounting firm he’d literally be found out like that and investigated

also I know this is unrelated to Olivia but she’s lit boring so this is all I have to contribute sorry

I wouldn’t say Lewys’ dad isn’t involved in anything shady bc EY has a reputation for treating female employees terribly and hiding it very, very well. The most recent case has allowed a partner to keep his job after sexually harassing a junior female colleague.
Lewys’ dad was very much involved in this decision.
