I’m a black girl who went to a boarding school w all white people and live in a ‘white’ area in London I have friends from Bulgaria, Asia , India, Nigeria etc. Please don’t say that as if it’s ok to only feel comfortable around white people. It’s 2021. Idk if what u said was sarcasm b it I hope so. There is no need to feel at home w wealthy white people. There’s wealthy black, Asian, Indian, Hispanic people so respectfully ... no. Implying that black peoples are ... poor or ?

If you feel I’m derailing the thread whoever said that then maybe you feel uncomfortable with a conversation about race and inclusivity... work on that because it’s a growing topic especially after 2020 and it’s important when it comes to representation. I understand her following probs look like her n but she also has ‘minorities’ that should feel seen and included whether it’s in her friendship groups or brands she’s actively working w. N not only post us when they wanna reach a certain market or quota
 
there's a difference between not knowing many poc organically (i only met a black person my age when i went to high school - there was one mixed girl about four years younger than me across my whole primary school) and *only feeling comfortable* around people who look like you if you're white. if the only thing that differentiates people you choose to spend time w/ than those you don't is what they look like - that's racism. imagine saying it like 'i'd imagine she doesn't feel at home around black / asian people' like uhhhh the only difference is their skin colour and heritage? using stereotypes to inform your view on people you've never personally met is literally racist lol wtf

(also if you're only friends with someone for how it makes you look (inclusive) imo that's also a form of racism bc you're viewing them as a resource for your own personal gain and taking advantage ://)

Can you please refrain from accusing me of being uncomfortable with a conversation about racism just because I asked for the thread not to be derailed lol. I understand it was originally about Olivia but a lot of the comments are generically about the topic. Anyways

However if u have something to say you can just say it don’t need to wait for the topic to come up. My conversation or topic isn’t stopping anyone from idk posting Olivias feet ygm like u can still talk about whatever 😂😂

I don't think this outfit is terrible tbf, ive seen another influencer wear something similar and it looked sick. Olivia is just too basic to pull something like this off imo.

I know that correlation doesn't mean causation but my comments are based on what others are saying about the lack of diversity in her friend group. This is not surprising to me that they are mostly white and well off, that reflects the environment in which she grew up. Malone Road is the most affluent Road in all of Belfast and unlike London it is much less diverse and overwhelming white. Also the school she attended is overwhelming white, her ex is a rugby player which is played by mostly middle and upper class people..

I can kinda understand that but also then does that mean skin colour is a factor when it comes to who she chooses to be friends w ... idk I just found it weird because surely your love new people and stuff coming to London but idk
 
GUYS. I was at the Belfast Christmas markets 2 weeks ago and our coke queen Olivia walked past me, linked arms with some guy. I couldn't see his face but it sorta looked like a John look a like so clearly gyal has a type 😍 She was walked past me and had such a face on her, like she looked as though she would punch me in the face if I looked at her wrong ????

Olivia Grace Spotify is 90% afrobeats and afropop. I’d appreciate if no one told me I’m thinking too deep because this is w problem w a lot of people. If I feel a certain way about an issue whether u agree or disagree respect it. I feel like you’ve got to be quite ... in a bubble to not have some ethnic friends whether they’re Asian, black etc. I find whenever they have black friends in videos sometimes social climbers .. mainly like Carmie n that they’re usually making fun of them but also Spencer oddly spencer seems to be the only one I’ve personally seen w a mix group of people.

long time lurker 👋 wanted to ask you lot because I’m confused, do people not wash their new clothes before they wear them? 😭 talking about her new video here. I get that she is on a holiday and has no access to the washing machine, but I remember quite a few times in her vlogs where she bought new clothes and then wore them the same day without washing them first. 🥴 maybe it’s just me, but I started being even more careful because of the pandemic and germs so idk
